Today was such a good day back to my normal schedule and really focusing on a few things in my life that are super important to me right now. I also finally booked a flight to see family, and I’m so excited about that! It’s going to be such a special trip.
It’s been a busy day, and on top of everything, I’ve somehow gotten hooked on Breaking Bad. Honestly, I never thought it would be a show I’d get into, but here we are 2 seasons in. Tonight, I’m watching my kids play some games, then I’ll wind down with an episode before bed.
Fitness-wise, I got in my usual hour on the treadmill and kept up with my squat challenge. This month I’m planning to step things up full body workouts at least 4 days a week, cardio 6 days a week, and legs 6 days a week. The past two weeks I’ve let myself eat whatever I wanted, but now I’m getting back to my leaner meals while still keeping my protein high for workouts.
With everything going on fitness goals, travel plans, and job searching I’m determined to get into the best shape of my life this year. Time for skincare, some relaxing, and then off to bed. Wishing everyone a great night!
