Today I’ve just been... tired. Actually, I’ve been exhausted for the past four days, and I’m really feeling it. I still managed to film and finish a new YouTube video, which is uploading now. I’ve been posting multiple times a week, and while I love it, I’ve also been feeling kind of blah lately. And that’s just the truth.
So this blog isn’t going to be a long one because I just don’t have it in me tonight.
My daughter and granddaughter spent the day at the pool, soaking up the sunshine while I did a quick one-over of the house, inside and out. I’ve been trying to keep things tidy without overdoing it, especially since my energy has been so low.
But the highlight of today? I found out that my son is having a baby girl this November! 🎀
They already have a little boy, so now their sweet family will feel even more complete. They’ve always said they only wanted two kids and with a boy and a girl, it’s just perfect for them. My son is even getting fixed, so this will be their final chapter and what a beautiful one. I’ll definitely be posting a picture!
Once we got home, I ended up falling right into a nap again. I’ve needed them a lot lately, and I really opened up about all of that in the YouTube video that’s going live tonight. As always, I’ll share the link here when it’s up.
For now, I’m going to wash my face, get into my PJs, and wrap up a few small things. My daughter’s been deep in college work for hours, so I’ll either start a new show or grab my book before bed.
