Today was a very busy, but truly wonderful day. I’m finally ready to start working out again it’s been about a month since I was last active due to being sick, so it feels great to slowly return to a routine. I have a new dresser being delivered tomorrow, which will help me reorganize my space. I’m clearing out the closet to make more room for my treadmill, weights, and yoga setup. I’m so excited for a fresh start and a more organized workout area.
We spent the day running errands and doing a little shopping, and of course, my granddaughter came along she absolutely loves staying busy and going out with us. After some appointments, we squeezed in grocery shopping and ended the day with an amazing dinner: a five-cheese squash and zucchini Alfredo dish, which is one of my favorite meals. I’ve also got a delicious crockpot chicken dinner planned for tomorrow.
I’m still dealing with some odd taste changes everything tastes unusually bitter, salty, or sour, which no one else who got sick seems to be experiencing. If it doesn’t improve by next week, I’ll follow up with my primary care doctor.
Tomorrow will be another full day with two appointments, organizing, building furniture, another yummy dinner, and maybe even a swim with Eva. I’m so grateful to be getting my energy back and can’t wait for what’s ahead. I also put myself out there for dating
