Today was such a great day I genuinely felt like myself again. My energy is back, and it’s amazing how much of a difference that makes. I started the day with a bit of self-care, doing my makeup and snapping a few "picture of the day" photos. It always feels good to capture little moments of joy.
The highlight of my day was spending time with my grandson and his family. Then picked up my granddaughter, and we had a little adventure stopping at Starbucks for a treat and picking out a new pair of shoes and a backpack for her. With less than a month left of school, I didn’t want to go overboard on back-to-school shopping, but we did pick out a couple of adorable swimsuits for her. One of them even matches her mom’s, which is so cute. With summer playdates and activities around the corner, I wanted her to be all set.
It was a beautiful, joyful Sunday, filled with family, smiles, and sweet moments. I hope you all had an amazing Sunday as well. 💖
