A declutter challenge is such a good thing because it’s not just about “cleaning up stuff” it goes so much deeper than that. Here are some reasons why it’s powerful:

When your environment is cluttered, your mind often feels cluttered too. A challenge gives you small, bite-sized steps so you can clear space without feeling overwhelmed.
